Mango is called King of fruits and people are fan of eating mangos during summer season. But on other hand some youth have a misconception that mango increases obesity and it weakens immunity. According to Senior Ayurvedic Physician mangoes contain a lot of copper and it’s strengthens our heart. Mango which is fully ripened on the tree is cold, anti-inflammatory and fast-digesting. Although getting fat by eating it is an illusion. But like food, it should be consumed only after thinking. Excess intake can be harmful.
According to some doctors eating mango does not cause any problem in this way. But the biggest thing is that if you consume too much of anything, then there will be a problem. Other mangoes also contain a little carb, which can increase the extra fat. Because of this, its side effects may increase.
Everyone likes it in summer. But there is a myth that if we eat mango, it will increase our weight. Actually, this never happens by eating it in the right quantity. It will not increase your weight. There are 60 calories in 100 grams of mango. If a person is eating 1-2 mangoes daily at different times and also monitoring the calories, then his weight will not increase. We can eat mangoes even in the midst of the danger of corona, because it contains a good amount of vitamin-C. It is a fruit that increases immunity.
