LIVE : PM Modi to address India on Corona

New Delhi  – Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the nation at 10 am on Tuesday (April 14). There is a possibility that they may announce an increase in lockdown in view of the corona virus. In an important meeting on Saturday (April 11) to increase the nationwide bandh, most states had requested PM Modi to extend the lockdown for two weeks, after which the Center has been considering the issue.

There are indications that if the second lockdown starts from April 15, it will be somewhat different from the first lockdown. This time the government can give relief to some areas, so that the economy and normal life can go on track. It is possible to provide relief to some industries, farmers and laborers.

When the Prime Minister announced the lockdown on the crisis of Corona virus epidemic, he talked about ‘Jaan hai aur Jahan hai’. Through this, people were requested to stay in the house, but in the meeting with the Chief Ministers in the past, the new slogan was given by the PM ‘Jaan Bhi Aur Jahan Bhi’, which indicated that relaxation in some sectors is possible.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday discussed video conferencing with the chief ministers of the states amidst ongoing efforts to tackle the Corona virus crisis in India. The Prime Minister, meanwhile, took the opinion of the Chief Ministers on whether to extend the 21-day nationwide bandh from April 14 to prevent infection. It is understood that the central government has also consulted all the parties and related agencies involved in efforts to stop the epidemic from spreading.

Significantly, on March 24, PM Modi announced a nationwide lockdown of 21 days, the duration of which is to end on April 14. Earlier, PM Modi is likely to announce an extension of the lockdown period.
