Complete Lockdown for 2 days a week in Uttarakhand
Dehradun – In view of the increasing cases of corona in Uttarakhand, the Trivandra government is preparing for a complete lockdown for two days a week, During this time the state’s borders will also remain sealed. This lockdown will apply throughout the state.
CM Rawat said to curb the spread of Coorna Virus, Govt. has been decided to impose lockdown on Saturdays and Sundays in the state for wich guidelines will be issued soon.
Chief Minister Trivendra Rawat directed the Chief Secretary Utpal Kumar Singh to take action late on Thursday evening. After this, the Chief Secretary has called a high-level meeting on Friday. Lockdown days and arrangements will also be decided at this meeting.
On 17 July, 199 new cases of corona were reported across the state. With this, the total number of patients in the state has increased to 3982. 47 patients were also discharged from several hospitals for treatment. So far, the number of people who have gone home from the hospital has reached 2995.
