How to make Amla chutney / Gooseberry sauce

First way

  • Cut 4-5 gooseberries in a grinder. After this, add a little mint and rock salt to taste and grind it well. Your tasty chutney is ready.

Second Way – You can make Namkeen Chutney

  • For this, cut the amla into small pieces. After this, heat a little cow ghee in a pan. After getting hot, add a little fennel, a little cumin, a little asafetida and fry it.
  • Then add amla to it and fry it well. After this you put it in the grinder and make a paste. Your Amla Namkeen Chutney is ready.
