We will give a befitting reply, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh at Lukung Post
New Delhi/Lambada: India’s Defence Minister Rajnath Singh reached Stakna of Leh . Here at the view point, the soldiers of Air Force and Army showed their might. During this time the Para Commandos performed maneuvers. This is the same area where soldiers from India and China came face to face. During this time, the Defense Minister was seen holding the weapon and targeting.
During his interaction Minister Singh Said – If we are standing in Ladakh today, then on this day, I also pay tribute to the brave soldiers who guarded the borders of India with their lives in Kargil war.
Singh said, India is the only country in the world that has given the message of peace to the whole world. We have never invaded any country nor we have occupied the land of any country. India has given the message of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam.
We do not want unrest, we want peace. Our character has been that we have never tried to hurt the self-respect of any country. If someone try to hurt the self-respect of India, we will not tolerate it in any case. And will give a befitting reply.

Defense Minister Singh has reached Leh on the first day of the two-day visit to Ladakh and Jammu&Kashmir. Singh will return to Kashmir after spending 5 hours. Besides visiting Baba Barfani on Saturday, he will also review the security situation in a high-level meeting with Lieutenant Governor GC Murmu and military commanders. Army Chief General Manoj Mukund Naravane has also arrived with the Defense Minister.
