Benefits of RED CHILI ?

These days, because of the properties of turmeric, this message is also becoming very viral that turmeric is the best means to increase immunity. Do spices really make our food tasty as well as protect us from diseases? Or can any spice harm us? The most commonly used item in spices is red chili. The benefits of chilli health have also been discussed in many research. But it has both advantages and disadvantages. The most important element in red chilli is capsaicin.

When we eat chilli, capsaicin comes in contact with the cells that adjust to the temperature of the body and gives the brain a signal to feel warm. Some research also claims that capsaicin is helpful in keeping humans alive for a long time.

According to research people who eat food made with red chili four days a week have a lower risk of premature death. Research has found that people who eat chili every day are much older than those who eat chilli once a week. That is, cancer, heart diseases and respiratory diseases are much less in such people.

This is to say that the intake of chili mines keeps the metabolic activity or digestion of food intact. Cholesterol remains controlled, which reduces the risk of heart diseases. It also reduces our hunger.

But Avoid eating too much chili : Chili relieves obesity complaints and is helpful for those with high blood pressure. But people who consume more chillies do not work very fast. In particular, the memory matters become worse. Study says, Danger is high for people who eat 50 grams of chili every day.

Benefits of TURMERIC ?

Turmeric is called “Sarva Guna Sampanna”. Turmeric is found in large quantities as an element called Curecumin. Its small molecules are very helpful in relieving irritation, tension, pain and many other kinds of problems. Many properties of turmeric are counted. Several studies conducted in the lab have found that curacumin has the ability to fight a deadly disease like cancer. Curecumin does not easily dissolve in water which  means that our body does not get full benefit of the turmeric we eat.

Turmeric also have Ayurvedic importance. In India, this importance of spices has been given priority for thousands of years. Also excessive use of turmeric will not harm, but people does not advise to use it as a medicine. All the research that has been done on the medicinal aspects of chilli and turmeric has been done in the lab. Any spice can be used as per taste and desire. But do not consume it as a medicine.
